Tax Resolution Specialists, Inc. was founded by Ken Allen, EA in 2001 and is now based in Central Maine after building a San Diego, CA foundation with satellite offices throughout the United States. Our firm is currently servicing and has serviced and contracted tens of thousands of clients in offices in EVERY state in the United States.

Meet the Team
Ken Allen, Owner
Mr. Allen, a math major and a business minor from the University of Maine, with an Undergraduate Degree, BBA in Accounting from American Intercontinental University, a Masters in Taxation from Washington School of Law, started his "Tax" career, consulting for the largest firms in America.
Monica Allen, Owner
Monica keeps our internal financials in order. She has a double Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Physics from Colby College and a BA in Engineering from Dartmouth College.
Ken Moreland, Tax Law Practitioner
Ken runs our Southern U.S. satellite offices. With his BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas and his extensive accounting background, Ken brings a much-needed facet to our team.
Tara Hamlin, Administrative Manager/ Payroll
Tara makes our office is run efficiently. She has a few decades of administrative experience and brings the kind of tenacity and work ethic an office like ours needs. She's the first to answer the phone when someone calls and handles about 95% of all client contact.
Jami Enman, Accounting Clerk
Jami is first a mom and wife, but her background in management and banking is being utilized in her roles at Tax Resolution Specialists, Inc. She, her husband, and three children are active in the Western Maine community and local church and enjoy working on their local farm when she’s not immersed in all of her administrative and bookkeeping tasks at the office!

In 2003 the company moved to Maine. Taking a chance, by leaving the company in God's hands and starting to practice in a new stat just outside of Farmington.

We were blessed with an opportunity to rent a 100 square foot office space from Foothills Management on Main Street in Farmington, Maine in 2004.

Crediting and praising my father above. Aside from hard, honest, and ethical work purchasing a commercial building became an option. In 2005 the company found its home in Farmington, Maine.
